Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you can save and protect assets like your car or home by agreeing to make monthly payments on your debts over a 3 to 5 year plan period. Chapter 13 may be right for you if you have the income necessary to successfully complete the payment plan. At our meeting we will determine whether your debt load and income would be a good match for a Chapter 13 filing.
